Digital OHS Documentation

What is Digital OHS Documentation?

Digital OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) Documentation is a collection of ready-to-use safety documents, forms, and systems designed to help businesses manage workplace safety, compliance, and risk - all in a digital format. This is Launching Soon.

Are your OHS documents compliant with Australian regulations?

Yes. Prism Safety provides general-use templates and documentation only.

While our documents are structured to align with Australian WHS requirements, they:

  • Must be reviewed and customised for your specific workplace, tasks, and risks
  • Do not replace professional safety, legal, or compliance advice
  • Do not guarantee compliance unless properly implemented and maintained

Under Australian WHS laws, it is the responsibility of the PCBU (Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking) to ensure all safety documentation is:

  • Accurate
  • Site-specific
  • Suitable for the work being carried out

Can I customize the OHS documents?

Yes. We give you a professionally structured starting point, so you don’t have to build everything from scratch.

You save time, stay organised, and still meet compliance requirements by tailoring documents to your job.

How are the digital documents delivered?

Your documents are delivered instantly via email after purchase - ready to download, edit, and use straight away.

Do you update the templates regularly?

Yes - we regularly update our templates to reflect current WHS standards, so you’re always working from a solid, up-to-date foundation.
